In the Humble Opinion of LittleBill, Socialist, Atheist, and Humanist
What’s Good for the Workhorse Is Good for the Human

In a blog about the disappearance of workhorses, I mentioned that they have largely been replaced by tractors. A living, hardworking, loving animal has been replaced by technology.

The same thing is happening to human beings now. There is nothing more important to those who govern and those who are governed than JOBS. And yet there seems to be little or no awareness of the fact that humans have pretty well outlived their usefulness, and they just cost too much to employ. Like the workhorse, humans have been replaced by technology.

Isn’t it amazing that the human mind, which created machinery to begin with, is now being replaced as well by Frankenstein?!

Hi little Bill! The worker no longer matters only the business and the almighty dollar. It really is sick. Off subject it is cold out there. It is snowing in Atlanta as I write.

Hi, Av Pat: Glad to hear from you, as always. This is one winter when I'm awfully glad to live out here. You live in Massachusetts, don't you? Happy shoveling!

Hi little Bill! Yes I live in the hills of western Mass and we get a lot of snow. I love it but this prolonged cold spell everywhere else in the country is not normal. Glad you are staying warm and in touch!

A good solid thought. I enjoyed. I read you live in west MA... I moved back to FL from Hull, below Boston, a couple of years ago. I'm not that hardy any longer...and the 30 degree weather this last week has really taken me with a right hook. :-) Are you anywhere near Greenfield?

Hi little bill just looking in, hope you are well!

Hi Gwendolyn! Funny but one of my sisters just relocated from cocoa beach to Plymouth and is already to go back.

Gardner is near Leominster farther west on Rt 2. Greenfield is about 40 minutes further west.

One of my sons runs the EOD school at Eglin AFB in Florida and this cold is bothering him too. It has been too prolonged!
